Our experienced coordinators have established relationships with vendors in our community. This will save you time and money. One of our coordinators will meet with you and get an idea of what you desire or maybe even help you come up with one if needed. Your coordinator will be ready to begin working for you after that initial meeting. We can search for those things that will make your dreams come true and then present them to you for approval.
We can do as much or as little as you need. Every package is customized to our client's needs. However, some of our basic packages include:
Planning: This is a consulting service which may consist of informing you of the proper etiquette of a traditional wedding, assisting you in creating a budget or even providing you with a list of professional and recommended vendors in your area. Normally this can consists of one to three meetings for informational purposes only.
The Day Of: This service consists of supervising everything needed on the day of your wedding so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy the first day of the rest of your life with the one you love.
Complete Package: This is the most elaborate package which includes the planning process, contracting all the vendors, and supervising that all is done correctly on your wedding day.
Again, remember that these are not our only packages. We will customize all our services to your needs. No wedding or budget is too small or too big. Everyone deserves the peace of mind provided by a GRAND OCCASIONS professional coordinator.
Other events that you might like to add to your wedding planning are your engagement party, bridal shower, and of course your rehearsal dinner. These may be added at a nominal fee.

Ceremony and reception site: Our consultants will assist you in selecting the perfect site whether it be indoor or outdoor. We will find that place you have dreamed of.
Invitations, place cards, thank you notes, RSVP: Your wedding invitation is the first official announcement of your unity to your friends and family. We have a vast elegant selection that will amaze you.
Catering: Our caterers will design the perfect menu. We can handle everything from cocktails, appetizers, main course and dessert. We'll insure that you have the menu and service you desire for your wedding.
Transportation: We can assist you in selecting your favorite limousine, Rolls Royce, carriage ride etc. We can also assist making travel and accommodation arrangements for family and friends who may be coming into town for your wedding.
Floral Arrangements: Our floral designers will create beautiful and memorable bouquets and decorations to fit any budget.
Music and Entertainment: We will coordinate all your music desires whether it be as simple as hiring a DJ or something more complex such as hiring an orchestra, strolling violins, mariachis or contemporary singers. You may also hire a master of ceremony if desired.
Photography: The best memories of your wedding for years to come will lay in your photos. Our professional photographers will make sure that you have great memories that will last you a life time.
Videography: Similar to photography having a video of your wedding will hold the memories of your "once in a lifetime" day. You can trust our professional and creative videographers to record and edit a wonderful memory that you can share with others later.
Hair and Make-up: Our hair dressers and make-up artists will give you a full princess treatment including rehearsal hair design and make-up prior to the wedding. Our stylist / make-up atrist will remain on site available to you and your wedding party for any necessary touch ups. The wedding party may also be included for hair and make-up.
Attendants gifts: Depending on your budget you may want to give "thank you" gifts to each guest, family or maybe just a few per table. Our coordinators can assist you in choosing what's the best suited for your budget and style.
Wardrobe and accessories: Your coordinator will be available with recommendations of the the best bridal shops to suite your needs and budget. They will also be available to accompany you if so desired.

Destination Weddings: For couples living outside of South Florida but wishing to have their wedding here we will organize all your needs for your special trip while communicating with you every step of the way via telephone and email. If you live locally but desire to have your wedding elsewhere we can also help. We will orchestrate your wedding at any destination imaginable.
