Our experienced coordinators have established relationships with vendors  in our community. This will save you time and money. One of our  coordinators will meet with you and get  an idea of what you desire or maybe even help you come up with one if needed.  Your coordinator will   be ready to begin working for you after that initial meeting. We can search for those things that will make your dreams come true and then present them to you for approval.                    

We can do as much or as little as you need. Every package is customized to our client's needs.  However, some of our basic packages include:

Planning:   This  service is  a consulting service which may consist of  assisting you in creating a budget, researching and  providing you with a list of professional and recommended vendors in your area that fit your needs (theme,venue, budget, etc). Normally this can consists of one to three meetings for informational purposes only.

The Day Of: This  service consists of supervising everything needed on the day of your party so that you can sit back,  relax and enjoy without the stress of ensuring that everything was done correctly or having to deal with correcting problems before your party. 

Complete Package: This is the most complete package which includes  the planning process, contracting all the vendors, and supervising that all is done correctly on your party day.

Again, remember that these are not our only packages. We will customize all our services to your needs. No party is too small or too big. Everyone deserves the peace of mind provided by a GRAND OCCASIONS professional coordinator.

Site selection: Our consultants will assist  you in selecting the perfect site whether it be indoor or outdoor. We will find that place that will convey your style, theme and taste. 

Invitations, place cards, thank you notes, RSVP: Your  invitation is the first impression people will have of your party. We have a great variety of styles, one will surely suite yours wether it's elegant, traditional,  funny, casual or contemporary.

Decorations: Our decorators will design the perfect decoration scheme for your budget. Everything should contribute to your theme from the tables to the walls and ceiling when possible.

Catering: Our caterers will design the perfect menu. We can handle everything from cocktails, appetizers, main course and  dessert. We'll insure that you have the menu and service you desire for your party.

Transportation: We can  assist making travel and  accommodation arrangements  for family and friends who may be coming into  town for your party as well as arranging any local transportation (rental car, limousine, carriage ride,  etc) needs for guests or yourself. 

Floral Arrangements: Our floral designers will create beautiful and memorable bouquets and decorations to fit any budget.

Music and Entertainment: We will coordinate all your music desires whether it be as simple as hiring a DJ or something more complex such as hiring a band, mariachis,  character painting,  or  contemporary singers to mention a few options.  You may also  hire a master of ceremony if desired. 

Photography:  The best memories of your party  for years to come will lay in your photos. Our professional photographers will make sure that you have great memories that will last you a life time. 

Videography:  Similar to photography having a video of your party will allow for great memories .You can trust our professional and creative videographers to record and edit a wonderful memory that you can share with others later. 

Hair and Make-up: Our hair dressers and make-up artists will give you a full princess treatment  including rehearsal hair design and make-up prior to the party if desired. Our stylist / make-up artist will remain on site available to you for any necessary touch ups.

Attendants gifts: Depending on your budget you may want to give "thank you" gifts  to each guest,  family or maybe just a few  per table. Our coordinators can assist you in choosing what's the best suited for your budget and style. 

Wardrobe and accessories: Your coordinator will be available with recommendations for wardrobe.  Our coordinators will find and recommend the best shops to find the perfect dresses for yourself and your "damas" as well as tuxedos and accessories. Your coordinator can be on hand to assist through this selection.
