GRAND OCCASIONS' coordinators will serve as guides, financial managers, consultants, mediators,   and constant source of reassurance. We will customize a service package specially for you, the client, covering all the details that need to be taken care of.  We will work dilegently so that your wedding, party or event is one that you can sit back and enjoy hassle free without dealing with last minute details, issues and / or problems.

About Us

GRAND OCCASSIONS is based in Miami, Florida  and is owned and operated by Cari Turner and Karla Benecke. 

                                                                                                                         Cari Turner has approximetely 16 years  experience organizing parties and events of all sizes and budgets. Some of her favorites are theme parties,  corperate events , weddings and quinces. Cari has over 10 years administrative experience  which will help with creating and staying within your budget. She also has a degree in Wedding and Event Planning.

Karla Benecke  has approximetely 15 years experience  orchastrating weddings, quinces and parties of all kinds.  In addition to having a degree as a Wedding Consultant she also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology  and is an  Interior Designer. All these talents put together create great theme and decoration ideas. She can also be a great mediator when needed. 

 

The coordinators at GRAND OCCASIONS have experience orchastrating events of all types, sizes, budgets and themes. From large to small gatherings.  By  working with a large variety of events our coordinators can express their creativity and originality for making your vision a reality.  Our experience  and close relationship with vendors also allows us to stay within budget saving you time and money.  Every detail is given the close attention it needs so that nothing is forgotten or overlooked.
